Wireless cameras are growing in poplularity. Wireless cameras transmit video over four frequencies, 2.4 ghz, 5.2 ghz, 900 mhz and 802.11b/g (P5115). Most recently IP wireless cameras allow for remote PTZ control. New 900 mhz camera can new braodcast video through sheetrock walls. 2.4 ghz and 5.2 ghz cameras work best with a direct line of sight connection from the camera to the wireless router/switch/modem.
